This circumstance can occur if the device hardware fails or if the device driver fails.
I would suggest you to follow the troubleshootingstep and check.
Method 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check.
Radeon 4200 Driver Windows 10
Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:
a)Press Windows key + W on your keyboard.
b)Type Troubleshooting and click Troubleshooting.
c)Click on View All.
d)Click on Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.
e)Click on Next button to run the troubleshooter.
Method 2: I would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Graphics drivers from device manager and check.
a)Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc.
b)Expand the Display Adapters; right click on the ATI Radeon HD 4200 Graphics.
c)Click on properties, click on uninstall tab.
d)Click OK.
I would suggest you to reboot the computer to update the Graphics drivers.
